Construction Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to the successful completion of building tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies Adhere to project timelines and quality standards Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is beneficial Reliable transportation to job sites Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
