The CEO will be responsible for the organization's strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision, and overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including financial and administrative excellence. This role requires a mission-driven, results-oriented leader who can inspire collaboration, innovation, and accountability across a diverse team. The CEO will also be the chief spokesperson, representing the organization with integrity and professionalism, and will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategic plans. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 5-10 years' of executive leadership experience, ideally in the nonprofit, housing, or community development sectors. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational management, as well as the ability to lead diverse teams and cultivate a mission-driven culture. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in construction management, real estate, affordable housing finance, or mortgage lending is also preferred.
