Material Handler

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team in Sturtevant, WI. This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:00pm, offering a competitive rate of $20.50 per hour. Core Responsibilities Manage dunnage supplies to ensure production continuity Verify that all product labeling and documentation is precise Oversee filling totes or pallets, then handle the removal, sealing, ticketing, and storage of finished goods Assist colleagues with diverse warehouse operations Supply production lines with raw materials like resin and preforms Prepare shipments by pulling stock, finalizing manifests, and loading trailers Operate bailers or grinders to process scrap and recyclable materials Uphold a secure workplace by strictly adhering to safety, GMP, and food safety protocols Execute sorting or rework assignments as required Required Qualifications Prior experience operating a forklift is essential Comprehensive understanding of warehouse management practices Effective communication skills with the ability to read and write in English Proficiency in basic mathematics Physical capacity to climb, sit, stand, and walk for the duration of the shift Ability to lift or shift objects weighing up to 75 pounds Key Competencies Forklift operation Warehouse management Material handling Rework and sorting tasks Palletizing, shipping, loading, disposing, recycling, GMP compliance, safety policies Compensation and Perks Consistent weekly compensation Access to medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
