You will sit within a team that serves as data stewards and subject matter experts, ensuring that program data is accurate, trusted, governed, and meaningful for users.The analyst improves data quality and governance, documenting data structures and validation rules, identifying gaps in data pipelines, and partnering with IT to resolve data issues. The role also includes developing Power BI dashboards, supporting self‑service analytics, and helping partners understand and use data over time.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, validate, and monitor incoming data related to solar and energy efficiency programsIdentify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues across datasetsDefine and document data dictionaries, business definitions, and validation rulesPartner with IT and data engineering teams to implement and improve validation logic and data pipelinesBuild Power BI dashboards for program reporting and insightsUpdate and document data pipelines and transformation logicQualifications1+ years of experienceWorking knowledge of SQLExperience with data quality and data governance conceptsExperience using Python for data analysis or transformationExperience developing dashboards in Power BIBuild, understand, or support data pipelinesAnalytical and problem‑solving skillsOur Safety Pledge To YouIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
