Job PostingTechs should be knowledgeable on Windows 11 migration, software installation, basic network troubleshooting, IP phone troubleshooting, hardware break fix handling. We don't want a helpdesk person or someone who has worked on POS or complete network background. We need people with minimum 3-7 years of experience of working as Onsite Field Service Support.
