Requirements: Required Skills & Qualifications 8-10 years leading complex capital or engineering projects — preferably in airport baggage handling, industrial automation, or highly technical environments Proven success delivering projects in 24/7, high-stakes operations where downtime is not an option Strong experience managing schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and reporting Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, technical teams, and regulatory stakeholders Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise project management tools Professional presence representing CLX in meetings, site walkthroughs, and executive briefings Ability to travel approximately 25% based on project needs Must pass pre-employment drug screening Work Environment Initial onsite onboarding period to establish relationships and project familiarity Hybrid work flexibility available after onboarding period Collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment focused on delivery and growth
