Role: VoIP Support Engineer (Linux Server Admin)Location: New DelhiExperience: 6 months – 1.5 years📋 What You'll DoInstall and configure VoIP platforms like Asterisk and FreeSWITCHHandle Linux server administration — packages, services, logs, and scriptingMonitor VoIP performance, call quality, and server healthTroubleshoot SIP, RTP, and network-level issuesMaintain call logs and VoIP-related databasesSupport the team on L1/L2 issuesMaintain call logs and VoIP-related databases using MySQL✅ What We're Looking ForStrong Linux fundamentals (Ubuntu / RHEL)Good understanding of networking — TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCPBasic knowledge of VoIP concepts: SIP and RTP protocolsAwareness of firewalls and NATClear communication and a problem-solving mindsetBasic MySQL skills — queries, table management, log handling⭐ Bonus Points If You HaveHands-on or lab experience with Asterisk, FreePBX, or OpenSIPSFamiliarity with tools like Wireshark or sngrepBasic knowledge of Docker or virtualizationExperience with Git and monitoring toolsIf you are interested or know someone who might be a good fit, please share this opportunity or you can also send your updated resume to nisha.sharma@ciphersquare.tech
