You will partner with leaders across the agency to develop/update position descriptions, administer compensation programs, and provide data driven insights.In this role, you will also serve as the internal expert for the PayScale platform, lead compensation‐related reporting in UKG, and collaborate with HR Compliance on FLSA classifications.Why Join Us?As part of our mission, we help our team members embrace their potential, build resilience, and thrive. To support onboarding and training, the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite at our headquarters five days per week initially. After approximately 90–120 days, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. Occasional travel to various worksites may be required. We offer a full benefits package for benefits‐eligible positions.Competitive Salary: $68,000–$75,000 per yearPaid time off and paid holidaysFull benefits package including Medical, Dental, and VisionCompany‐paid Life and Disability Insurance403(b) Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance Program and legal services supportWhat We're Looking ForTo join our team as the Compensation Analyst, you should have strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to partner with leaders to support data‐driven compensation decisions.Required qualifications includeMinimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in compensation analysis or compensation program administrationExperience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluationKnowledge of FLSA, pay equity, and compensation complianceExperience in multi‐site, healthcare, or human services environment a plusBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; CCP a plusProficiency with Excel and HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred)Strong communication and partnership skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive dataValid, unrestricted NC driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance requiredReady to Apply?Join a team where work isn't just something you do — it's a purpose .
