Job Description Old Towne Counseling Services, LLC About Us Old Towne Counseling Services, LLC (OTC) is seeking licensed therapists to join our growing practice. Please apply only if you are currently licensed. **Now offering fully paid parental leave!** We have office locations in Mechanicsville, King William County, and Glen Allen, and offer a collaborative, supportive environment made up of a diverse team including LCSWs, LPCs, psychologists, pre-licensed clinicians, interns, and PMHNPs. At OTC, we value professional growth. After one year of employment, clinicians have access to paid specialty training in areas such as EMDR, eating disorders, DBT, play therapy, and more. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about clinical work and eager to learn, grow, and contribute within a team-oriented environment. While being credentialed with insurance panels is preferred, it is not required—we will assist with the credentialing process for strong candidates. We are primarily an insurance-based practice, with a portion of self-pay clients. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time therapists, primarily in our Mechanicsville locations.
