If you're looking for a meaningful place to grow and make an impact, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoCreate and maintain 2D production drawings using AutoCAD and CAD/CAM softwareConvert customer specifications, patterns, and templates into manufacturing-ready filesDevelop optimized CNC nesting layouts that maximize material yield and minimize scrapPrepare machine-ready cut files for CNC equipmentVerify dimensions, scaling, and layout accuracy before production releaseCollaborate with Production, Scheduling, Materials, and CNC Operators to support manufacturing goalsTroubleshoot production file and nesting issues to improve efficiency and qualitySupport prototype development, production changes, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You BringWe're seeking someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn: High school diploma or GED required; CAD-related education or technical training preferred2–5 years of experience in CAD drafting, CNC nesting, or manufacturing supportProficiency with AutoCAD and CAD/CAM softwareExperience creating machine-ready files for CNC cutting operationsStrong understanding of drawings, measurements, layouts, and manufacturing documentationExcellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple prioritiesWhy Join Us?
