YOUR ROLEThe Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts at CEVA, partnering closely with business leaders and HR to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent across key roles. This position goes beyond execution, serving as a strategic advisor to the business by aligning hiring strategies with organizational priorities, proactively building talent pipelines, and delivering a strong candidate experience. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Lead proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent through direct sourcing, industry networks, referrals, and targeted outreachDevelop and execute effective recruitment plans aligned to business priorities and workforce needsPartner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and advise on market trendsAssess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit to ensure high-quality hiring decisionsServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and driving best practicesLeverage ATS and recruiting tools to track, manage, and report on candidate activity in compliance with EEO and company policiesEnhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a professional, engaging processIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and overall hiring outcomesSupport broader talent acquisition initiatives and projects as neededWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Proven track record in recruiting high-quality candidates for senior level and corporate rolesStrong ability to source passive candidatesAbility to establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with business leaders by demonstrating deep understanding of their functions, goals, and talent needs Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multifunctional and diverse backgroundsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloadAbility to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely mannerProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)Demonstrated negotiation skills with the capability to influence and persuade key stakeholders in candidate hiring decisionsStrong time management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to multi-taskAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationREQUIREMENTS:High School Degree or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred Experience recruiting for senior level roles (prior business development recruitment experience a plus)Minimum 5 years of recruiting experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsIntermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software.Hybrid work option 4 days in office and 1 remoteLimited travel CEVA operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
