This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing work based on evolving demands.Tool Builders are adaptable professionals who may take on a variety of responsibilities depending on daily operational needs. A key strength in this role is the ability to understand and uphold safety, productivity, quality standards, and the ability to communicate these priorities clearly and effectively within the team.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform mechanical assembly of custom tooling, automation, and robotic systems.Interpret and use 3D models and 2D drawings provided by engineering to build mechanical assemblies.Work with a high attention to detail and provide consistent and quality-driven results.Provide support both internal to Invio and onsite at customers as needed. This would include, but not be limited to, internal customer buyoff events and offsite customer installations or service as needed.Travel within the continental US/North America approximately 10% of the time.Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.Ability to work well under pressure, remain professional and flexible to changing schedules and demands.Promote and maintain 6S standards, including safety.Support, communicate, reinforce the mission, values, and culture of the organization.Communicate effectively with other functional departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:To successfully perform in this role, an individual must demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the assembly of complex tooling, automation, and robotic systems.
