CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDLocation* Quantico, VA / National Capital Region (NCR)* Primarily onsite (limited ad-hoc telework)Clearance Requirement* Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) - REQUIRED at time of hire* Must be in-scope (current investigation within 7 years)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Law Enforcement / Counterterrorism Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Department of Defense program focused on terrorist screening, vetting, and identity intelligence operations.This role provides senior-level advisory and operational support to interagency stakeholders, including DoD, NCIS, and federal law enforcement partners.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior-level expertise supporting counterterrorism (CT), law enforcement (LE), and security policy initiativesAnalyze and support terrorist screening database (TSDB) alerts and adjudication processesInterface with:FBI Terrorist Screening Center (TSC)Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC)Military Criminal Investigative OrganizationsSupport DoD physical security, personnel security, and insider threat programsReview, develop, and implement policies related to identity vetting and threat analysisParticipate in interagency coordination meetings and provide strategic recommendationsPrepare reports, briefings, and analytical products for leadershipMinimum QualificationsEducation* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionExperience* 10+ years of experience in:* DoD, Military, Intelligence, or Counterterrorism operations5+ years of experience:Using law enforcement and intelligence community databasesAssessing derogatory or threat-related information5+ years supporting:Terrorist screening or vetting processesTSDB alert review and adjudication workflowsPreferred Qualifications* Prior experience with:* NCIS, FBI, DHS, DIA, or Joint Staff environments* Familiarity with:* IMESA, TSDB, or identity intelligence systems* Experience supporting:* Insider threat or force protection programs* Strong interagency coordination experienceKey SkillsStrategic analysis and decision supportInteragency communicationPolicy development and implementationIntelligence and threat analysisEqual Employment Opportunity StatementCFDay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
