Processing Operator (2nd or 3rd Shift)

Position Summary We are an established pet food manufacturer located in Denver, Colorado, with a history of sustainability and a commitment to quality. Our facilities have developed from livestock feed production to a dedicated pet‑food factory, the first renewable‑energy‑powered plant of its kind. As a Production Operator, you will support unloading, dry pet processing, and packing operations. After training, you may advance to roles such as Extruder Operator, Utility, or Packing Operator. Compensation Competitive weekly pay starts at $29.53 an hour during the new‑hire probation period and increases to $35.65 an hour upon successful completion. Responsibilities Train on specific production equipment/machinery in a safe and productive manner. Run unloading, processing, and packing equipment and serve as backup to operator positions in various departments. Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance, clean and inspect equipment according to checklist. Effectively work with interdepartmental personnel to maintain a good flow of safety, quality, and production information throughout the plant. Operate a forklift as needed. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting machinery/equipment in a manufacturing, production, agricultural, military, or related environment. Other This position requires the ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift.
