We are currently seeking a qualified Temporary Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to help support our team during an exciting period of growth.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a temporary, part-time HR Generalist to join our Mesa, AZ team during a high-volume onboarding push. This is a hands-on, in-office role built for someone who knows ADP inside and out, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and does not need a lot of direction to get things done. If you are the type who spots what needs to happen and just handles it, we want to talk. This engagement is a few months in duration, with real impact from day one.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess new hire onboarding and documentation for 20+ employees
Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a responsive resource for staff questions
Administer benefits enrollment and coordinate with carriers as needed
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in ADP
Assist with I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance
Coordinate with leadership to keep onboarding timelines on track
QualificationsHands-on ADP experience is required
3-6 years of prior experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role
Working knowledge of onboarding processes, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing details
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
