Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Develop and maintain project schedules Implement change management processes to address any shifts in project scope or direction. Conduct root cause analysis and quality management to identify areas for improvement throughout the project. Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial constraints. Utilize earned value management techniques to assess project performance against established metrics. Foster team management by providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution as needed. Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Document processes through business process modeling and process mapping for future reference. Qualifications Proven experience in project management Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and requirements gathering effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation of project updates. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management preferred.
