You'll evaluate the overall condition of the plumbing system and provide clear, honest recommendations when additional repairs or upgrades are needed. This role focuses on solving problems the right way while delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience. You will document your work in ServiceTitan, communicate with the office team, and manage your calls efficiently throughout the day.What We're Looking ForExperience in drain cleaning or residential plumbing is required. You should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify underlying issues beyond the immediate blockage. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with homeowners, explaining findings clearly, and working independently in the field. Organization, follow-through, and professionalism are key to success in this role. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
