Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our Fortune 500 organic material manufacturing team. The forklift operator will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.Pay/Hours2nd Shift: Mon - Fri 3:00pm - 1:30amPay is starting at $17.60/hr, to be hired on at a higher rateJob DescriptionPerforms a safety check of the forklift to ensure it is safe to operate. Checks fluid levels- For oil, water and fuel before operating the liftEnsures the packaging lines have empty pallets available and informs the supervisor of the pallet inventoryRemoves palletized bags from the production lines and places them on the stretch-wrapperOperates the stretch-wrapper and changes the stretch film as requiredPlaces palletized bags in inventory and ensuring they are located in the proper rows storing them neatly without damaging other inventoryActively participates in plant cleanliness by restacking, picking-up trash and debris, and washing their equipmentPerforms physical inventory counts of finished goods as requiredMeets quality and quantity standardsAbility to lift 50 poundsCompany DescriptionSkySource Solutions believes in attaining success.
