Senior Director, Total Rewards

Human Resources ManagerRecommend and implement solutions that enhance the delivery of HR services (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll), elevate the employee experience, and enable data-informed talent decisions.Lead the compensation and incentives strategy; develop and manage guidelines and processes for the Company.Design and implement new job grades and salary bands, establish job level framework, standardize job titles and refine methodology and processes for promotions and job offers.Create, audit and maintain job descriptions.Perform market benchmarking as required.Provide executive compensation support and partner with Finance on compensation budgets and forecasting.Direct the administration of employee benefits programs including health and welfare plans, 401(k), worker's compensation, leave management, and wellness initiatives.Ensure employee benefit programs are aligned with Company strategy.Ensure benefits processes for open enrollment, new hire onboarding, life events, and offboarding are seamless and documented.Direct HR and Payroll compliance (SOX controls, ACA, ERISA notices, 5500 completions, OSHA Reporting, W-2s, payroll tax filings, etc.) Ensure reporting and filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.Develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes.Provide reporting and analytics to leaders and internal partners as needed.Oversee the optimization and ongoing management of the HRIS (Workday) to ensure it meets organizational needs.Oversee payroll with a focus on internal controls, documenting procedures and ensuring compliance with SOX, federal, state and local laws and company policies.Ensure compliance with safety and labor laws, pay equity, and data security initiatives.Manage brokers and vendors and ensure accurate and secure transmission of data to third parties.Oversee the coordination of internal and external audits.Stay up to date with wage and hour laws and tax regulations.Oversee training and support to Human Resources team members and managers on Workday processes and reporting.Lead / participate in HR projects and implementations.Other duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience required10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience required5+ years of supervisory experience requiredSPHR and/or Certified Compensation Professional certifications preferredWorking knowledge of FLSA classifications, pay equity and transparency laws, ERISA laws, and executive compensation governanceExperienced in Excel compensation modeling and with advanced compensation planning tools in WorkdayHigh integrity, confidentiality, and good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially ExcelComfortable with C-Level and Board interactionsDetail-oriented; able to meet deadlines and handle multiple prioritiesExcellent time management and organization skillsProfessional, confidential and tactful interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrior Workday experience requiredTypical office environmentFrequently required to sit for prolonged periodsNoise level in the work environment is usually quiet or moderatePTO / Wellness Days / Floating HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife / AD&D / Hospital Indemnity / Critical Illness / Accident InsuranceSTD / LTDLegal / ID Theft InsuranceFSA (Health Care, Dependent Care, Limited Purpose) / HSATraditional and Roth 401(k)The above is intended to describe the general content of, and requirements for, the performance of this job.
