They are known for providing innovative digital solutions and driving successful digital transformation projects.The Role Develop and act as a subject matter expert for applications dealing with complex financial business processes. Ensure robust and scalable solutions are implemented, adhering to software development standards. Provide guidance and oversight to quality assurance for new code across all environments. Identify, analyze, and resolve problems and issues using troubleshooting tools and teamwork. Contribute to continuous improvement, including design, roadmap definition, and standardization of processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery. Assist with re-engineering financial systems and business processes impacted by ongoing transformations.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years of experience as a lead developer or development manager. Minimum 5 years of broad experience with development technologies, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases. Strong SQL proficiency and knowledge of relational database concepts. Experience with software systems dealing with complex financial business processes.
