Full Stack Developer- Remote

We are only hiring for this remote role in the following states: CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA and WA The Full Stack Developer will assist in planning, developing, testing, and implementing new software solutions. The Full Stack Developer will work with the software development team and leads to ensure all software development tasks and projects are completed on time and to company business and technical specifications. *Only U.S. based candidates will be considered as we are not currently hiring internationally* *This is for a full time position, no contractors or W9 applicants will be considered* What will we give you for your hard work: Junior Full Stack Developer: 60-80k Salary. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience Mid-level Full Stack Developer: 80-110k Salary. While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions: Assist in managing parts of the software development process and parts of the software development team. Understand and develop advanced web software applications on the frontend and backend Execute website and asset management development projects in accordance with specifications and timelines set forth Maintain knowledge of emerging technology and best practices in website, application design, and development Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience we are looking for: Minimum 1 year relevant experience required. 3 years relevant experience preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, especially in a remote, international environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in an understandable and concise way Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Proficiency in Node.js Proficiency in React.js Extensive experience with testing JavaScript code (on the frontend and/or backend) using Mocha or Jest Fluency with markup and programming languages, including HTML, Javascript, and CSS Experience with PostgreSQL Ability to take on any challenge, problem-solve any issue, and figure out any task Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software Ability to work independently In alignment with our goal of continuing to create a diverse team, we are strongly encouraging candidates of color to apply.
