Collaborates with patients, families, and care team members to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at the designated clinic location(s) and any other BJC outreach locations. Performs and documents medical histories and physicals in the medical record as required by hospital medical staff bylaws. Provides or arranges for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in a manner acceptable to BJC and in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws, while following all BJC policies and procedures and all applicable standards. Collaborates and teaches advanced practice providers, support staff, or any care team member assigned to the physician’s patient panel. BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.
