Experienced Light Duty Wheel-Lift Tow Truck Operator

Job Description Experience: Towing: 1 year Experience (Required) We are willing to train the Right Individual. License/Certification: California Real ID Driver License (Required) Age requirement 24 years of age, no more than one minor driving infraction. Light Duty Towing Certification (Must go through Training if Needed) National Traffic Incident Management (Must go through Training if Needed)Requirements: - Must be able to pass NIDA and BAT pre-employment testing. Must pass a DOJ background check, This is required for Employment. - Wheel lift experience or Flatbed Experience (Required / Preferred) - Must be able to Nights, Weekends, and overtime when scheduled or as needed. - Knowledge of basic automotive mechanics - Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently -The Ability to lift, up to 75lbs and work in various types of weather conditions. - Bending, Reaching and Driving are all Daily Physical Requirements needed to perform daily job duties that are requiredResponsibilities: - Respond to various types of service calls, account calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists - Operate Equipment safely while loading and transporting customers and accounts vehicles in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs and answering any questions they may have - Maintain accurate records of all calls, including the location, time, and details of each call - Perform basic maintenance and inspections on your truck equipment to ensure all is in proper working order - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the tow truckBenefits: 401(k) & Matching Dental & Vision Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Plus 6 Holidays Opportunities for advancementApplicants, please bring your Resume along with your current DMV 3-year printout.
