This blend of local roots and broad support underscores our dedication to both Colorado and the wider soccer community.Nature of Work:Guest Services Representatives play an essential role in providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests at Centennial Stadium. Representatives assist with ticket scanning, seating, directions, and guest inquiries while maintaining a professional and approachable attitude. This seasonal role supports our mission of delivering exceptional service and upholding the Denver Summit Football Club's standards.Examples of Work Performed:Usher: Create a sense of community in Centennial Stadium. Responsible for the seating and safety of all patrons. Ushers are expected to politely direct or escort patrons to their seats and be available to answer any questions they may have.Ticket Taker: Greet and direct guests, validate tickets, monitor entry points and answer questions as they enter Centennial Stadium. Responsible for scanning tickets, resolving issues, and demonstrating knowledge of Centennial Stadium so they can properly direct guests.Ambassador: A customer service specialist and a problem solver. Ambassadors are positioned throughout Centennial Stadium including the Guest Services Booth, creating a friendly and fun environment. They should be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Centennial Stadium and be prepared to answer questions about its offerings and policies.Elevator Attendant: Helping our fans find their way through our new venue. Responsible for controlling flow of elevator traffic and transporting guests to the appropriate level.Wheelchair Runner: Provide an inclusive experience by moving guests with ease through Centennial Stadium. Responsible for transporting guests in need of assistance to their seats and must be physically capable of walking for long periods of time while pushing heavy weight.All Staff Responsibilities:Promote a positive fan experience by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.Assist guests with disabilities or special needs in accessing seating or services.Respond to guest issues or incidents in a calm, professional manner.Help guests with escalated issues by directing them to the Guest Services Booth or SupervisorSupport emergency and evacuation procedures as directed.Adhere to Centennial Stadium policies and customer service standards and represent the key elements of providing excellent customer serviceRotate roles as needed and stay at your assigned post unless on breakThis description is a summary only and highlights the general level of work being performed. The Company reserves the right to add or remove duties and responsibilities at the discretion of the supervisor and/or hiring authority.Work Schedule:Part-time, seasonal role with hours varying by event including Denver Summit Football Club home matches and other events as needed at Centennial Stadium.Working Conditions & Physical Demands:Ability to work in various and extreme weather conditions (sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, heat).Lift 50 lbs. DailyStand for up to 6 hours and walk frequently around the stadium, including navigating stairs and aisles.Clearly communicate directions and assist in emergencies, including evacuations.Lift, bend, and assist guests with seating or retrieving items.Operate a ticket scanner and inspect bags for prohibited items.Respond to safety concerns, including injuries or incidents in crowded areas.Remain calm and focused during high-stress or emergency situations.Qualifications:Minimum:High School or GEDMust be 18 years of age or olderExcellent verbal communication skills.Punctual with consistent attendanceMust be available to work 75% of home matches (9 total matches)Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hirePreferred:Experience in live eventsCompensation:$19.29 per hourBenefits Include:Flexible work schedule.
