POSITION: Senior AccountantLOCATION: Alpharetta, GAResponsibilities:Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records, enabling sound financial decision-making across the company. Analyze and review all balance sheet accounts, with particular focus on aged items, deferred revenue, and accruals; Confirm the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement accurately reflect the company’s financial position and performanceAssist in the management of annual budgets, forecast future financial trends, and monitor performance against financial goals.Support the cash management systemEnsure financial reports are accurate and timely through efficient processes and strong internal controlsAssist in federal, state and local tax compliance and third-party tax advisorsSupport the integration of accounting for any acquisitionsEffectively manage and maneuver cross-functional relationshipsStay up to date on changes in accounting standards/regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or CPA are required2+years of public accounting experienceExperience with accounting softwareUnderstanding of what is involved with different audits and what data needs to be pulled with eachAble to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders
