Working under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative functions of the marketing team Job responsibilities include: Performs the administrative functions for the sales and marketing team. Receive sales/marketing calls, initiates ‘discovery’ process to identify needs of prospective residents and re-direct to appropriate team members. Creates and maintains electronic and hard copy filing system in the Sales and Marketing office. Sets appointments for return calls and prospective resident tours. Prepares department invoices for approval and payment.
