Position Summary: The Manager of HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic management and execution of the company's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll operations, and employee benefits programs. This position ensures that these critical functions operate efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.Responsibilities may include:HRIS Management:Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the HRIS system to ensure it meets the company's needs.Collaborate with IT and HR teams to manage system upgrades, integrations, and data integrity.Analyze HRIS data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and ensure service level agreements are met.Payroll Administration:Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees and physicians.Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Resolve complex payroll issues and provide support to employees and physicians regarding payroll inquiries.Partner with finance leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation related to payroll.Benefits Management:Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.Ensure benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with company goals and employee needs.Oversee benefits administration and vendor management, including open enrollment and communication with employees.Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with benefits-related laws and regulations.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure all HRIS, payroll, and benefits practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance and address any discrepancies or issues.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in legislation affecting HRIS, payroll, and benefits.Shepherd the integration work for new practices including but not limited to: enrollment n benefits, migration to the HRIS, and ensuring integration work allows for adherence to all compliance requirements. Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, payroll, and benefits managementMinimum of 2 years of multi-site physician practice administration.Experience in merging acquired practices into a centralized HRIS, payroll and benefits system.Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, payroll processing, and benefits administration.Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Physical Demands and Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, as well as talk and hear.
