Material Handler

Our team is looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to fill the role of Material Handler. You will be tasked with the intake, organization, transport, and distribution of goods across our site. By managing these logistics, you will directly contribute to seamless production workflows, precise inventory tracking, and the timely fulfillment of customer orders. Core Duties Examine and confirm the accuracy of all incoming freight. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to help maintain a steady flow of goods throughout the facility. Move supplies to their correct storage locations or production zones. Assemble and package items to ensure they are ready for distribution. Support inventory integrity by performing regular cycle counts and record-keeping. Organize and tag all stock to ensure efficient retrieval. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety protocols. Keep the warehouse floor tidy and orderly. Communicate any equipment issues, stock variances, or safety hazards to leadership. Support various warehouse and production tasks as needed. Requirements Essential Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED equivalent. Capable of lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis. Demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both solo and in a collaborative team setting. Proficiency in basic arithmetic and computer operation. Consistent record of punctuality and attendance. Preferred Skills Prior background in manufacturing or warehouse operations. Experience using material-handling machinery or holding a forklift license. Familiarity with warehouse software or inventory tracking systems. Physical Demands Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and bending for long durations. Able to safely lift, pull, push, and carry heavy items. Comfortable working in diverse manufacturing or warehouse settings.
