The ideal candidate will have 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Talent Management implementation experience and will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering skills driven talent solutions aligned with business strategy and Oracle best practices..• Bachelor’s degree in related field• 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations (mandatory)• Hands-on experience with Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills• Strong functional knowledge of:o Talent Profileso Career Developmento Performance and Goal Management (integration perspective)• Experience with Job Profiles, Job Families, and skill-to-role mapping• Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills• Experience with Redwood UIGood to Have• Exposure to AI-driven Talent and Skills features in Oracle HCM• Experience with Opportunity Marketplace or Learning integration• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Talent Management preferred)
