This engagement spans multiple active workstreams and is growing in both scope and strategic importance.This role serves as the primary delivery backbone, ensuring engineering teams execute with clarity, stakeholders remain aligned, and AI-driven initiatives are scoped and delivered with rigor. As internal product needs have expanded, this engagement is transitioning from a part-time coordination role to a dedicated, full-time on-site PM presence.Role OverviewThis role is a hybrid delivery leader responsible for driving execution, shaping product direction, and enabling AI-driven solutions across active work streams. The role blends agile facilitation, product ownership, and program-level coordination to ensure teams deliver high-quality outcomes while aligning with broader organizational strategy.This is a full-time, client-embedded position requiring 3 days per week on-site in Draper, UT. The PM will report directly to Tech9’s client engagement lead and will serve as the day-to-day point of continuity between stakeholders and the Tech9 engineering team.Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery Leadership (Scrum Master)Facilitate all sprint ceremonies: planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectivesRemove blockers and drive team accountability across active engineering workstreamsMaintain delivery momentum and ensure clear prioritization aligned with business goalsEstablish and uphold agile delivery standards across the team Product Ownership & Strategy ExecutionDefine and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and readiness of all work itemsTranslate business needs into well-formed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirementsPartner with leadership and engagement leads to align product direction with strategic objectivesBalance short-term delivery priorities with long-term product vision Stakeholder Management & CommunicationServe as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders (including key business leads and department heads)Facilitate alignment between stakeholders with competing prioritiesProvide clear, proactive updates on progress, risks, and needs to leadership and engagement leadsBuild and maintain trusted relationships across business and technical teams Program Management & Cross-Workstream CoordinationCoordinate across multiple simultaneous initiatives, teams, and stakeholdersTrack dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across programsAct as the central point of continuity for all delivery effortsEnsure alignment between parallel workstreams including engineering, AI, and platform initiatives AI Delivery & EnablementSupport the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions across the product ecosystemBridge technical AI initiatives with business use cases and measurable outcomesEnable teams to adopt AI capabilities effectively through process design, tooling guidance, and workflow integrationContribute to evolving AI delivery models and operational frameworks as this practice area matures Technical Collaboration & OversightWork closely with engineering teams to understand architecture constraints and delivery trade-offsEnsure technical decisions align with product requirements and delivery goalsParticipate in solution design discussions and validate feasibility of proposed workMaintain working familiarity with the technology stack to facilitate effective cross-functional dialogue Team Enablement & CoachingCoach team members on agile practices and delivery expectationsSupport onboarding and knowledge ramp-up of new team members joining the engagementMaintain continuity and institutional knowledge across the engagement as personnel evolveScope & PositioningFull-time, client-embedded hybrid role (employee or contractor; TBD based on candidate)Spans Scrum Master, Product Manager, and Program Manager responsibilities across multiple active workstreamsActs as the delivery backbone for current product work and emerging AI initiativesPositioned as a critical role for maintaining continuity, reducing leadership dependency, and protecting delivery qualityOn-site in Draper, UT 3 days/week; remaining time remoteMinimum Requirements5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or agile delivery roles within software development environmentsDemonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or delivery lead for cross-functional engineering teamsStrong product ownership skills: backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and prioritization frameworksProven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesHigh level of self-direction and accountability — comfortable operating without heavy oversightWillingness and availability to be on-site in Draper, UT 3 days per week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)Preferred RequirementsExperience supporting or delivering AI-powered product initiatives (LLM integrations, workflow automation, AI-native features)Familiarity with health, wellness, or direct-sales business modelsPrior experience in client-facing or client-embedded roles with evolving scope and high stakeholder expectationsBackground working alongside engineering teams on modern web stacks (React, Node.js, cloud-based infrastructure, CMS platforms)Experience managing stakeholder relationships at the director or executive levelCertification in agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent)Key Characteristics We’re Looking ForHighly organized with strong execution discipline — you close loops and follow throughComfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting as scope evolvesStrong technical fluency (able to have substantive conversations with engineers without needing to code)Strategic thinker who can also drive day-to-day delivery — not just a meeting facilitatorCollaborative, positive presence who builds trust quickly in client environmentsHigh EQ and stakeholder intuition — able to navigate competing priorities effectively
