Manager of Underwriting Services

A company is looking for a Manager, Underwriting Support Services. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day support functions related to Traditional and/or SUP/SUP Connect workflow, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards Manage USMM Underwriting reporting functions, customizing and validating data using reporting tools such as SQL Perform management duties including hiring, training, and evaluating associates while fostering a positive work environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 8 years) 5 to 8 years' experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services 2 years of experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to lead and develop associates in a customer service-focused environment Advanced knowledge of business practices and the ability to analyze and improve business processes
