TADSS Operator ILocationFort Sill, OK 73503 (Primary)TDY to various CONUS and OCONUS locationsSummary:Leading Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified TADSS Operator I to provide training and simulation support to the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.The United States Army Fires Center of Excellence supports the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) by delivering long-range training strategies, concepts, doctrine, training development, instruction, and supporting products for current and future forces. FCoE serves as the user representative in the development of training methodologies, doctrine, organizational concepts, and materiel requirements across functional areas.This mission is executed through a full spectrum of training services, including the integration of existing and emerging technologies such as Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) and the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS), as well as models and simulations, exercises, studies, analyses, experiments, and doctrine development.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:Operate simulators, task trainers, virtual trainers, and associated training systems to meet training objectivesSet up, operate, and assist with maintenance of task trainers, computerized simulators, virtual reality procedural trainers, audio and video recording systems, and simulation suppliesConduct scenario pre-briefs and assist instructors with after-action reports and debriefs as requiredAssist in the coordination and delivery of simulation support to standardized courses utilizing simulation-based instructionSupport simulation requirements for other formalized training programs as appropriateAssess existing simulation scenarios and recommend adaptations or improvements as neededCoordinate with the Modeling and Simulation equipment custodian to maintain accurate inventories of M&S equipment and suppliesAssist in developing troubleshooting checklists, simulator procedures, and lesson plans for M&S systemsRecommend methods to integrate simulation into organizational training initiatives to support operational readinessCoordinate and provide student logistics and administrative supportFacilitate simulation training events and provide feedback to the Course DirectorSupport oversight of simulation encounters and assist with after-action reports documenting training outcomesRequired Qualifications:Minimum of four (4) years experience in an Air Defense Artillery MOS or a minimum of two (2) years of ADA TADSS experienceCRAM experience preferredActive SECRET security clearance required at time of hire TravelTravel may be required, including CONUS and OCONUS assignmentsWork LocationFort Sill, Oklahoma
