Our client, a highly reputable investment firm based in Midtown East, is looking for an Executive Assistant to help assist a Principal, Group Head and a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of applicable experience with a fast-paced style. The successful candidate will be resourceful, have the ability to multi-task with ease and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and take on any responsibilities assigned. This role is in the office 5x / week.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain very high-volume, ever-changing calendars and schedules for 3 executivesOrganize and coordinate meetingsSet complex travel arrangements (both domestic and international), including itineraries and full logisticsProcess expense reportsCoordinate internal and external events with high profile attendeesLight phone management: screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointmentsInbox management: assisting with timely responses and drafting correspondence as neededPrepare and manage documentsProvide light back-up to other administrative staff when neededAd hoc projects, special assignments as requested, including client-facing workREQUIREMENTS:5 plus years of prior administrative experience ideally with support to senior level executivesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of office procedures and keen attention to detailStrong working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, must be highly skilled in use of Microsoft OutlookMust be a self-starter and proactive; as well as punctual, dependable and discreteAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamMust have a flexible attitudeStrong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced setting with a high degree of accuracyStrong communication and prioritizing skills requiredBachelor's degree preferredSALARY:$90-$100K (DOE) + Discretionary Bonus Opportunity + Great Benefits/PerksHOURS:8am-5pm + flexibility if needed
