Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Wells, Maine. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the branch manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business goals. Responsibilities include supervising branch staff, maintaining operational efficiency, driving sales, building customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role will also involve training and coaching team members, implementing strategies to grow the branch’s deposits, and actively contributing to community outreach initiatives.
