- Own large-scope projects end-to-end, from specifying requirements through architecture, implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Work directly with customers to source requirements, demo new features, and drive the development lifecycle.
- Partner with the Head of Engineering and product managers to break complex requirements into shippable features.
- Make sound architectural decisions balancing speed of delivery, code quality, and long-term scalability.
- Integrate AI agent capabilities into user-facing workflows to ensure reliable and transparent automation.
- Act as a product engineer, applying business judgment and customer empathy to technical decisions.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain production services on cloud infrastructure (AWS and Google Cloud) using containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and mentor future hires as the team scales.
What we are looking for:
8+ years of experience.
Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, JavaScript/ES6, and SQL.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
