Lending Solutions Specialist

cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a Lending Solutions Specialist to join our Lending team. The Lending Solutions Specialist is responsible for monitoring member accounts and working with the members on solutions to bring their account current with the credit union. This position will report to the Director of Lending. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitoring accounts: Identifying overdue payments, negative share accounts, analyzing data, and keeping records of debts owed Contacting members: Notifying members of overdue payments, discussing debts, and setting up payment plans Managing payments: Processing payments and reversals, and managing payment schedules Documenting: Recording members communications and activities, and documenting debts collected Reporting: Reporting on collection operations and member account updates Negotiating: Negotiating payment schedules and plans that comply with company policy Reviewing: Reviewing and submitting accounts to third-party collections or legal department, if necessary Communicating: Communicating with multiple departments to maintain accurate and updated information on member accounts and payments Location This position will be located in Portland. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Strong ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
