Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive / Office ManagerOur client, a top financial services firm, is seeking to add an EA with expertise supporting executives within industry (private equity / financial services) to support the CEO and general office function. This person will play a pivotal role in partnership support, and will focus on solving complex problems, driving pragmatic solutions, and creating value while supporting a top senior executive.If you're seeking a chance to step out of your comfort zone and cultivate relationships with senior leadership while empowering others to exceed their potential, then you're the kind of professional we're looking for.Responsibilities:Manage calendar, travel, and daily scheduling for C-suite executivesHandle expense reporting and processingManage client expectations, project deliverables, and deadlines as the mouthpiece for the C suiteManage general office and facilities supportParticipate in firm-building activities, including training, office management, and event planning where neededMust be willing to come into our location office 5 days a weekExperience / Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant field5 plus years as an executive assistant.
