The Innovation & Design Office (IDO) exists to increase the metabolism of the enterprise by transforming how we think, work, and lead, including our end‐to‐end approach to learning, development, talent strategy, innovation, and process improvement.The Team Member, Talent Strategy & Programming will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise‐wide talent strategies and programs. You will contribute to developing data‐informed solutions, coordinating program logistics, partnering with business stakeholders, and helping ensure a seamless experience for participants.This role is ideal for someone who is curious, resourceful, detail oriented, energized by learning, and excited to be part of building Equitable's next generation talent development approach. They will be a builder with low‐ego, energized by the challenges that come with creating new experience and content.What You'll Be DoingSupport the development and execution of talent programs and experiences, including scheduling, communications, logistics, and participant engagementContribute to developing data‐informed talent insights through research, data collection, and basic analysisPartner with business and corporate leaders to understand needs and help support programming aligned to those needsAssist in maintaining and refining talent segmentation profiles, program materials, and documentationGather, organize, and summarize participant feedback and success metrics to inform program improvementsCoordinate key program elements such as rotations, events, workshops, or demosSupport cross‐functional collaboration with the Organizational Analytics & Reporting team, the Dynamic Skills Lab, and other partnersDraft internal communications, updates, and stakeholder materialsHelp ensure delivery of high quality talent experiences that support skill development and career growthHybrid – This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on‐site presence of 2‐3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.The base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $75,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short‐term incentive compensation opportunities.
