Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, product promotion, and sales growth for a foodservice equipment manufacturer. This role focuses on creating high-quality marketing materials, maintaining and updating digital platforms, managing social media content, and collaborating closely with the sales team on promotions, events, and customer-facing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist ensures all messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards while supporting both internal teams and external partners.Key Job Duties & Responsibilities·      Create, update, and maintain marketing brochures, product catalogs, sales flyers, and other printed marketing materials.·      Manage website updates, including adding new products, updating existing content, images, specifications, and ensuring accuracy across all product pages.·      Develop and schedule social media posts that support product launches, promotions, events, and overall brand visibility.·      Work closely with the sales team to support promotions, dealer programs, trade shows, and sales events through marketing materials and digital assets.·      Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal promotions, and industry events.·      Coordinate updates to product spec sheets, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency with engineering and product teams.·      Compile and organize digital assets for e-commerce and sales use, including product photos, specifications, brochures, and manuals.·      Maintain and manage the company’s photo and digital asset library.·      Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, trainings, and internal communications.·      Monitor brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to support marketing initiatives.EDUCATIONAL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:·      Requires a bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, or other related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.·      A team player who is a self-motivated, accurate, organized, multi-tasking individual in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and human relation skills.·      Proficient PC experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).·      Ability to travel to trade shows and events ·      Enjoying cooking a plus.Join our Team Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive Salary & Cash BonusesEmployee Stock Ownership Plan401(k) with Company MatchHealth, Dental & Vision PremiumsCompany Paid Insurance PlanPaid Time OffGreat CultureContinuous Learning OrganizationEmpowered Employee OwnersDynamic Work EnvironmentRecognition ProgramsCareer Development OpportunitiesLeadership Development TrainingOn-the-Job/Technical TrainingTeam Building Events
