You would be working directly with the business.Responsibilities:• Maintain and update product listings on Shopify and Amazon platforms• Monitor listing accuracy, storefront hygiene, and promotions• Manage Seller Central tasks and resolve listing issues• Support catalog compliance and account health• Monitor orders, shipments, and coordinate with fulfillment partners• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues• Identify and suggest improvements based on customer feedback• Support Meta needs and coordinate assets• Prepare weekly operational reports and contribute to process improvementsPreferred Skills & Tools:• Full proficiency managing various E-Commerce platforms• Experience with helpdesk and ticketing tools: Gorgias or Zendesk• Familiarity with FBA, 3PLs, ShipStation, or returns platforms• Hands on experience troubleshooting Amazon catalog complexity (variations, flat files)Qualifications:• 2+ years experience in E-Commerce operations• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central• Fluent English, both verbal and written• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset• Energetic & upbeat• Team Player• Willing to listen to feedback & improveInterested?
