About the Position – Project/Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced project/operations manager to take charge of initiatives across the company, ensuring projects are well-defined, executed efficiently, and completed on time.
This position reports directly to the CEO and will work extensively with the company’s leadership team, and team members. You will move important initiatives forward, create structure and accountability, remove roadblocks, and drive projects through final completion, not simply coordinate or monitor them.
The person in this position must be comfortable taking ownership, following up consistently, and stepping into a leadership role on specific initiatives when directed by the CEO.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), working from our Alpine, Utah office. We have a beautiful office and incredible mountain views. While this is an in-office role, there is occasional flexibility to work remotely in special circumstances. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust when necessary
Create structure, processes, timelines, and accountability around complex or loosely defined initiatives
Coordinate internal resources and communicate with external partners and vendors
Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with company goals
Consistently follow up with project owners and team members to ensure commitments are completed
Organize and lead project meetings, keeping agendas and follow-up actions clear
Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize and advance key company initiatives
Take the lead on designated projects or initiatives when directed
Use technology, project-management platforms, automation, and software tools to improve organization, communication, and execution
Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement
Drive projects to full completion and ensure that final deliverables achieve the intended business outcome
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Seven or more years of proven project-management or operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional ability to create structure, establish priorities, and maintain accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project-management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Strong general technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software and systems
Experience working directly with executives and senior leadership teams

Ability to work independently and take initiative
Confidence taking the lead while also responding well to direction and feedback
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope
