This is a growing community position with strong referral support and excellent work/life balance. # Practice Overview:Hospital-employed practice (88-bed facility) Provides comprehensive diagnostic, emergency, surgical, and therapeutic services 10 days of call per month, with only one required weekend Strong referral base with an established patient community Ideal for physicians seeking a smaller-town setting with robust support # Compensation & Benefits:Compensation at or above MGMA median, based on experience Quarterly bonus potential $50,000 sign-on bonus Annual CME allowance Comprehensive benefits package # About the Area:Andalusia is a welcoming community in southern Alabama, serving a population of more than 60,000 across its region.
