Administrative Support Answers incoming call to the clinic. Provides administrative support to the clinic. Performs other duties as assigned. ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates knowledge and understanding of the importance of the patient medical record as it relates to documenting patient calls. Demonstrates phone etiquette and proficiency while assessing the patients or family members needs when they call the clinic. Completes assigned goals ExperienceMinimum Required3 months of administrative support experience. Preferred/DesiredOne year general office experience, preferably in a medical environment. EducationMinimum RequiredSkill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. Special SkillsMinimum RequiredBasic computer literacy. Ability to navigate automated systems. Excellent customer service skills.
