Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Lead JavaScript Engineer. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable JavaScript-based applications. Responsibilities include developing high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting issues, mentoring team members, and participating in code reviews. The Lead JavaScript Engineer will play a critical role in driving innovation and best practices in development. Qualifications Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.jsExperience with backend technologies like Node.js and APIsKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development principlesExpertise in debugging, testing frameworks, unit tests, and integration testsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and code optimization skillsAbility to mentor and lead a team of engineers effectivelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordinationFamiliarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
