Director of Procurement

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Procurement Director. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity supporting multiple operating facilities within a growing organization. The role will lead procurement strategy, supplier management, process improvement, and purchasing operations across several business units, while helping build greater structure and scalability for the future. Compensation is estimated in the $120,000 - $150,000 range, with additional bonus potential based on experience and qualifications.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild, lead, and improve procurement processes and sourcing strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities and operating companiesDevelop supplier partnerships and negotiate pricing, contracts, and vendor agreementsIdentify and implement cost savings initiatives, operational efficiencies, and procurement best practicesPartner with operations, engineering, finance, and executive leadership to support business objectivesOversee team members across multiple locationsEvaluate supplier performance, delivery, quality, and risk management initiativesHelp create scalable procurement structure, reporting, and KPI tracking within a growing organizationREQUIREMENTS7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience within manufacturing environmentsPrior multi-site or multi-location procurement leadership experience required Experience managing and developing team membersStrong negotiation skills with demonstrated success driving cost savings and supplier improvementsAbility to operate effectively in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, along with ERP or procurement systems experience preferred
