A company is looking for a Specialty Services Digital Banker to provide specialized service and operational support for non-consumer business segments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized account opening, maintenance, and digital servicing support for Private Banking clients
Respond to internal and external inquiries through various communication channels
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
At least two years of banking or customer service-oriented work experience required
Knowledge of consumer account opening and maintenance processes
Experience with digital banking platforms and remote servicing tools preferred
Ability to provide exceptional service to high-value and complex client segments
