Overtime is also available. Your core responsibilities will include:Filing reinsurance claims on over-specific claims and gathering the right documentation to support the claims as requestedRunning RX reports for filing and completing over-specific claims cover sheetsWorking in Excel to document claim filings, log reimbursements, and moreSending customers letters to inform them about their refund statusLooking into unpaid and rejected over-specific claims and professionally communicating with reinsurance companies about these claimsCollaborating with the marketing department regarding closing groups and updating the customer data sheetWhat To Know About UsAt Unified Group Services, we take care of the customer, and then some!
