This role is essential in driving our talent acquisition efforts and supporting companies with effective staffing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of operational and administrative positions. Post job openings, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present qualified profiles to clients. Coordinate the hiring and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Provide support in employee integration and assist with HR-related matters. Be available on-call during weekends for urgent staffing needs. Qualifications:Bilingual: English & Spanish (required). Previous experience in recruitment or staffing. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven. Full-time availability and flexibility to handle urgent weekend staffing needs. Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required). Schedule:Monday to Friday | Full-time.
