Exciting opportunity available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to support students for the remainder of the academic year. This full-time, contract position offers a chance to make a significant impact in a school-based setting, covering for an SLP who is on medical leave. You'll collaborate with educators and parents to help students unlock their communication potential and participate more fully in their education.Qualifications & Preferred Experience:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)Valid state licensure as an SLPExperience working in K-12 education settings preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAdaptability, compassion, and a positive, student-centered approach Key Responsibilities:Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disordersDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents/familiesDocument student progress and maintain thorough, timely recordsParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success strategiesOffer support and resources to staff to maximize student inclusion and participationThis role ensures a consistent, supportive presence for students and staff during a time of transition.
