The associate will assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include providing personalized service, building relationships with clients, maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals. The role also involves handling transactions, maintaining the presentation of the showroom, and resolving customer inquiries.QualificationsProficient in providing outstanding Customer Service, fostering Customer Satisfaction, and creating exceptional Customer ExperiencesSkilled in Retail Sales with a focus on product knowledge and achieving sales goalsStrong Communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationshipsPrevious experience in luxury retail, sales, or related fields is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or jewelry sales are advantageous
